Pre-Care Instructions

GLP-1 Microdose

To help you get the best results from your GLP-1 Microdose treatment, please review and follow the pre-care checklist below.

Prior to starting GLP-1 Microdose therapy

  • Eat a balanced, nutrient-dense meal before your appointment β€” do not arrive fasted.
  • Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to treatment.
  • Review your current medications and supplements with your provider.
  • Be prepared to discuss your health history, including any history of pancreatitis, thyroid conditions, or diabetes.
  • Have realistic expectations β€” GLP-1 microdosing supports gradual, sustainable results.

Notify your provider if you have

  • Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
  • History of pancreatitis or gallbladder disease.
  • Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes (especially if on insulin or sulfonylureas).
  • Kidney disease or liver disease.
  • History of eating disorders.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.

What to expect

  • GLP-1 microdosing uses lower doses than traditional weight loss protocols, focusing on appetite regulation and metabolic support.
  • You'll receive a subcutaneous injection, typically in the abdomen or thigh.
  • Some clients experience mild nausea, especially in the first 1–2 weeks β€” this typically improves as your body adjusts.
  • You may notice reduced appetite and improved satiety within the first week.
  • Results are gradual and sustainable when combined with healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust dosing as needed.
