If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at any time, as long as it's done at least 12 hours before your original appointment time. Rescheduling within the 12-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
