To help you get the best results from your GLP-1 Microdose treatment, please review and follow the post-care checklist below.
After your injection
- Apply gentle pressure to the injection site if there is any bleeding β this is normal and will stop quickly.
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the injection area for the first few hours.
- Stay well-hydrated β drink at least 64 oz of water daily.
- Eat small, balanced meals throughout the day rather than large portions.
- Focus on protein-rich foods to support muscle maintenance.
Managing common side effects
- Nausea: Eat bland, smaller meals. Avoid greasy, spicy, or heavy foods. Ginger tea or peppermint can help.
- Constipation: Increase fiber intake, stay hydrated, and consider a gentle fiber supplement.
- Injection site reactions: Mild redness or bruising is normal and resolves within a few days.
- Fatigue: Rest as needed, especially during the first week of treatment.
